Worship Times
Our Church is located on the west side of Belcher Road between Alderman Road and Nebraska Avenue, in Palm Harbor. We have five very different worship services to choose from.
A celebration of worship combining relevant preaching, corporate prayer, foundational hymns of faith, a variety of choirs and ensembles with the goal to glorify God and inspire the congregation ro spiritual growth and Christian witness.
Sunday 9:45 a.m. (Sanctuary)
Exciting, expressive and creative worship through a mix of fresh praise and worship music and classic hymns, relevant preaching and corporate prayer, led by a variety of ensembles including praise team/band, choirs, soloists and ensembles with the goal to glorify God and inspire the congregation to spiritual growth and Christian witness.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. (The Gathering Place) FM Worship (Family Matters)Our last service this school year is May 18th, 2008 but we look forward to having you join us September 7th, 2008 for Season 2!
A 45 minute service using music, drama, and storytelling to captivate and inspire; teaching character and faith by emphasizing a monthly virtue; providing a place for parents and kids to spend spiritually enriching time together; creating a fun and relevant way to experience Biblical truth for everyone (especially elementary aged children) allowing everyone to participate and get connected.
Wednesday Night Services
6:30 p.m. (Sanctuary)
SOULjourney- Contemporary, mid-week worship, combining popular Christian music with a powerful message.
We are taking four weeks off for summer break. Please join us again beginning July 30, 2008.
8:00 p.m. (The Gathering Place)
Awaken- A COMMUNITY of Christ followers awakening to the kingdom of heaven on earth. All ages are welcome. Also, available on Sundays at 6:30 p.m. in A207 is a book study featuring Rob Bell's, "Velvet Elvis". Look for us at http://www.myspace.com/awakenatphumc
The Chapel is open Monday through Friday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., for prayer or meditation. Chapel Bibles are available for worship time and are located under the first chair of each row.
Communion is available every Sunday in the Chapel from 8:15 to 9:00 a.m. (Except on Communion Sunday, which is the first Sunday of the month)
The Healing Prayer Team is available to pray with you for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing the first Sunday of each month from 8:15 - 10:45 a.m. and from 8:15 -9:00 a.m. on the other Sundays.
Young adults, very contemporary music. A creative, evolving form of worship. This Next Generation worship service centers on the discoveries over the past decade about the best ways young people experience God. This service meets in the Multi-Purpose room.
Help build 3 homes in our own back yard, Tarpon Springs. Volunteers are needed for Wednesday July 9th, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. All skill levels needed, must be at least 16 years old. Other dates available. Contact Lisa Fekety at 727-460-6148 to sign up, or for more information.
